23 December

From Saturday26 December, all of mainland Scotland will enter Level 4. Within Level 4, non contact sport, including most equestrian activity, can continue outdoors (including within covered arenas). However, travel restrictions mean this can only be undertaken within your own Local Authority area.

Unfortunately this year we won't be able to run any additional events over the festive period, but each class will have a bit of fun in the class before Christmas. Please feel free to wear a festive jumper and so but no bells etc that startle the horses, please.

A few amendments to timetable from 8 February 2021:

We are please to say the amendments are due to our riders progress and many having moved up a level.

If you need your online level changed at any point, just ask in the office to be changed.

We are able to offer additional level 2/3 lessons on Tuesday 4pm on 29th December & 5th January. Over Christmas holidays whilst we won't have our university and school groups running, there is extra availability for private lessons. For all bookings from 4th January, please register at tower-farm.ecpro.co.uk to book online. Lessons up to 3rd January, please book in the office by phone, email or in person.

Please note that there will be no booking fees charged on any online booking from 4th January.

18 November

Credit transfer: if you have credit with us in the form of gift vouchers or discount sheets and you would like to have sessions this year, please book all your sessions in the office. Once you have done so, then we can transfer the remaining balance to your online account to book session for next year. The expiration will be the same as the original purchase.

15 November

Important information: We are now live tower-farm.ecpro.co.uk for online booking from 4th January 2021 for 5 weeks. You are able to book group lessons, private lessons and Braid rides. No pony rides available during winter months. Gift vouchers are available in any amount.

We will be taking all bookings for this year in the office by phone, email or in person so please continue to use your normal booking method.

We are still only able to accept beginners under 12 years old. Clients over 12 years old must be able to mount and carry out their own safety checks.

Update digital platform: we are working away to try and get the bookings live. Hopefully everything will be available for the middle of this month. (First day of online booking will be 4th January.) Gift vouchers hopefully available in very near future.

We will be taking all bookings for this year in the office by phone, email or in person so please continue to use your normal booking method.

There is a huge amount of input needed to get lesson availability just right. We will also have to spend a period of time transferring all credit with us into the system, if everyone has an account created at tower-farm.ecpro.co.uk, this will be incredibly helpful.

The client registration and rider details are live so we would appreciate if everyone could create an account. Please use this way of registering all riders. If you don't get a verification e mail, please double check your email address as this has been the reason a couple of people had small issue.

Due to demand we added an additional Level 1/2 session on Sundays at 2pm. Suitable for any riders from 5 years to 11 years old.

There will be no changes to timetable and all booking can go ahead.

6 October

We are offering additional sessions on Monday 19th & Tuesday 20th for level 1/2 & level 2/3. Due to demand for level 1/2 the classes will be as follows:

Monday 2pm Level 1/2, 3pm Level 1/2

Tuesday 2pm Level 1/2, 3pm Level 2/3

We are having a number of calls as regards what will happen if the planned circuit breaker includes closing the stables for the 14 days.We are obviously very hopeful this will not be the case but if we are forced to close, all money paid will be held in credit for a future re booking. (If you do need a refund, please e mail contact@towerfarm.org and we can arrange.)

Slight change of timetable. From 17th September Thursday evenings will be:

We will be able to offer evening individual/restricted lessons on Tuesdays from 15 September at 6.00pm, 6.50pm and 7.40pm. Each session is 45 minutes. £40 for individual and £35pp for 2 or more riders.

These sessions will be outdoors usually but perhaps indoors on nights the group lessons take place outdoors. So please dress appropriately.

New weekday timetable is operational from today. Apologies for our ever changing timetable. Weekend group lessons will start from 5 September. A polite request for all spectators in the indoor arena to wear a face covering.

Notice for people who booked own a pony days this Easter break: any payments made (including voucher payments) will be kept as credit for your next visit. Some people have offered to forfeit their deposits to aid with the on going costs of looking after the ponies. Thank you so much. It is really appreciated.

Important notice regarding vouchers, prepaid sessions and discount sheets:

Any vouchers dated after 1 March expiry 2020 (purchased after 1 September 2019) will be extended for an appropriate time, once we are open again we will advise.

Any pre paid sessions are being held in credit to the individual and can be re booked once we are open. This includes own a pony day and show deposits.

All discount sheets will also have their 12 months extended. If you have any more specific questions please just drop us a quick note.
